1. Right to information
Socialpay, SL —hereinafter SOCIALPAY— with registered office at C/ Freixa 6, 08021 Barcelona, with CIF nº B-66766700, informs users accessing the website www.marketpay.io and the website www.truust.io (hereinafter, “Users” or, in the singular, “User”) that any personal data provided through this website will be processed in strict compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Upon exercise of the right of erasure, all personal data linked to the User’s account, including any information and content integrated into their profile, will be deleted. However, the User should be aware that information previously shared with other Users may remain in their possession. SOCIALPAY accepts no liability in relation to the deletion of information held by other Users or third parties involved in the provision of the service.
Likewise, should the User exercise the right of erasure over data that is necessary for SOCIALPAY to provide the services of the website, SOCIALPAY will be entitled to terminate its relationship with the User and proceed to close their account, with no right to compensation on the part of the User.
